Emma purposely uglifies herself to repel her date, Luke. But Luke, allergic to women, discovers that Emma’s the only woman he’s not allergic to. He proposes immediately, but Emma, aware he’s her boss, rejects him and flees. Unexpectedly, she bumps into him at work the next day. To her surprise, Luke doesn’t recognize her in her usual attire. He even mistakenly thinks Emma’s infatuated with him. So he warns her off, claiming his heart belongs to his true love—— that date girl.
